My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although small, were very clean and the bathroom was spotless. However, my room with one large bed was not ready due to a lack of correspondence with Booking. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there was a rude comment about speaking French during check-in and an attempt to charge us extra despite showing the receipt. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Paris-Montparnasse metro and SNCF, but it wasn't the most attractive area. The hotel offers a mix between the set of Psycho and The Shining in a lovely, atmospheric setting. The rooms are clean, very nicely decorated, and spacious, making them a fantastic choice.
